Instructions

Choose the size closest to your heel size. Slide the 'heelie' over the lower part of the heel.

Heat evenly with a salon strength hair dryer that has a directional nozzle until the 'heelie' shrinks to size of the heel. Squeeze gently whilst still warm to ensure the product fits snugly.

Once the 'heelie' has been damaged you can remove it by cutting a small incision on the inside of the heel at the base and peeling the product off.
